About · MoneyClarity

Money content from the other side of the desk.

No tips · No stock calls · Education only

Most personal finance content in India is written by marketers — people whose income depends on you clicking, buying or borrowing. MoneyClarity is written from the opposite chair.

Who writes this

My name is Chitranjan Sharma. I am a working retail-credit professional in Indian banking. My working day is spent inside home loan files, CIBIL reports, bank statements, sanction letters and credit assessments — the exact documents that decide whether a family gets its loan, at what rate, and with which charges attached.

After years of watching the same avoidable mistakes appear in file after file — a missed EMI that wasn't understood, an insurance premium quietly added to a loan, a charge that could have been negotiated — I started writing the explanations I wished every applicant had read before they walked in.

Everything here comes from patterns across hundreds of real cases. Every identifying detail is removed, always. And to be explicit: views on this site are entirely personal and do not represent any employer or institution.

What MoneyClarity is

What MoneyClarity is not

This site gives no investment advice. No stock calls, no fund recommendations, no "guaranteed returns", no tips — ever. I am not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing here should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. For personal investment decisions, please consult a SEBI-registered adviser; for tax matters, a qualified CA.

That boundary isn't a legal formality — it's the whole point. Education gives you clarity; clarity is the best interest rate.
